		<description>You would think for that amount of change you would see some massive results, and I&#039;m sure there are those that would claim those results exist, however I would wager that HUD isn&#039;t any more effective than an organization like Habitat for Humanity, which put over 55,000 families into new homes in 2008 with total expenses of just over $300 million (granted the free labor helps). However the inherent problem that exists with either of these organizations are the societal impacts that can occur by grouping many like-minded (for lack of a better word) individuals in a close knit community. It&#039;s true that that may happen on its own but I still believe not every family would live in that specific neighborhood if not guided there and thus there is some diversity lacking from neighborhoods across the land. Nevertheless, its true what you say, anyone calling for the dismantling of HUD will be accuss of destroying jobs and thus I will be short the change needed for an Xbox 360; I really do need to buy one too.</description>
